What is the minimum order?
Our minimum order is just 12 chairs — one small hall is a normal order — with volume tiers for venues and hire fleets.
How fast will my chairs arrive?
Your free mockup lands within 24 hours and finished chairs ship in about 2 weeks, with express turnaround available when an opening date is fixed.
Why do folding chairs start to wobble?
The pivots have worn oval. On a cheap chair the rivet passes straight through thin-wall tube, so the tube is the bearing surface and every single fold enlarges the hole. A shouldered pivot running against a bearing washer puts the wear on a part meant to take it. It is the whole difference in this category.
Is a stated weight capacity meaningful?
Only if there is a test behind it. A number printed on a carton is marketing; a chair tested to a published standard has a document you can ask for. Note too that a rating is a static load — what actually breaks chairs is somebody dropping into one, which is a dynamic impact several times higher.
Steel, resin, padded or wood?
Steel for general indoor service. Resin for anything outdoors or hosed down, and insist it is UV stabilised. Padded where people sit for more than an hour, accepting that the upholstery wears out before the frame. Wood where the room has character and a steel chair would look like equipment.
Where should our logo go on a chair?
The back panel. A room of chairs is seen from behind, a logo on the seat vanishes the moment somebody sits down, and a folded chair hides the seat completely. Size the artwork to read from the back of the hall, which usually means opening it out rather than scaling it down. We redraw free.
Do you make bar stools?
No. Fixed-height seating — bar stools, counter stools, swivels — is a different product built on different tooling, and we would rather point you at a specialist than stretch ours. Everything we make folds.
Do you supply chair covers or sashes?
No. Chair covers, spandex caps and sashes are table-linen products made by linen suppliers, and they are fitted rather than built. We make the chair.
